When Clubhouse Mirrors Front Office

From the "Whatever-Happened-to-the-Idea-of-'You-Just-Didn't-Want-It-Bad-Enough'?" Department comes my response to a Nashville Sounds player who excused last night's 4-1 loss to New Orleans. That player told the Tennessean:
In Arizona we played in warmer weather. We haven't had too many at-bats in this; we're trying to adjust.
Yeah, and I guess that New Orleans (which plays in a city that rarely gets cold like last night) prepped for this series by holding Spring Training in Alberta of Great White North fame. Oh, they didn't, you say?

The Sounds better get ready; the next two nights are supposed to be even colder. Or like their Front Office, they can just refuse to take the field at game time.
