Wow! What alley is this? Who pays for damage like that?
I love all the trees we have in the neighborhood, but many have been poorly taken care of over the last thirty years. It doesn't surprise me that the wind took that tree out, even though it is a large tree. Hope we don't loose anymore of these 50-100 year old trees.

Alley that feeds Garfield between 4th & 5th. The folks who live there just built that new fence a few months ago.
