ACLU Takes Issue with Eric Crafton's Comments in Support of English Only

The Tennessean is reporting a vastly different interpretation coming from the ACLU concerning English Only Co-sponsor Eric Crafton's claims during Tuesday night council debate that the civil libertarian organization withdrew a Pennsylvania lawsuit concerning a law similar to Crafton's resolution. That begs the question: did Eric Crafton once again attempt to mislead the Metro Council and the public by passing on false information about events involving English Only?
