Last Minute Discretionary Funds Requested As "Emergencies" Last Night

Three request to pull money from Council Infrastructure/Non-Profits Funds were passed last night. They include:

• $20,000 to the Metro Sheriff's Office (Carl Burch)
• $22,250 to MDHA (Ludye Wallace)
• $20,000 to Public Works (Billy Joe Walls)

I'm trying to find exactly what the earmarks are for. It is unclear whether they can be dispersed in time for the June 30 deadline.
