Eastwood Neighborhood Overlay Up for Public Hearing Tonight

I will not get to watch a lot of tonight's Metro Council Meeting because of the District 19 candidates forum this evening in Germantown, but one of the bills up for Public Hearing (and Second Reading) is Mike Jameson's Eastwood Neighborhood Conservation Overlay Ordinance. I do not know what the length of support or opposition to this ordinance is. Anyone else know?
