Fred Thompson, Abortion Rights Lobbyist

The LA Times reports tonight that while Fred Thompson is presently campaigning as an anti-abortion Presidential Candidate, his past responsibilities with a family-planning group included lobbying "the administration of President George H. W. Bush to withdraw or relax a rule that barred abortion counseling at clinics that received federal money." Watch the lobbyist flippity-flop.
