Security Cameras Did Not Record Heist of Laptops!

The Director of General Services, Nancy Whittemore, just told the Council's Public Safety Committee that there are several security cameras around the building in which the Election Commission is located. When General Services officials accessed the DVR which records the footage of those cameras, they found the DVR unplugged. The security system in place wasn't even operational! The security camera DVR was not even secure! I can't believe my ears!
