Tennessee Poverty Rate Rises

Around Middle Tennessee, the suburban donut counties are hit harder. There are two Tennessees: one getting wealthier and one falling into poverty. And the suburban counties are no longer simply middle class sanctuaries, but regressively polarizing pockets of wealth and poverty.
