Two-thirds of U.S. corporations are not paying their fair share of the tax burden: they paid no taxes between 1998 and 2005. During the same period, 68 percent of foreign companies doing business in the U.S. avoided corporate taxes. Now that's "free" trade.
And I'm sure most of the corporates used the savings to pay for lobbyists to the U.S. Congress in order to keep money flowing their way.
