The Common Denominator Between North End Crime and the Harriman Coal Ash Spill

Jim Fyke was the state Park Commissioner who initially resisted requests for crime prevention measures at Bicentennial Mall in 2007.  Jim Fyke is the Park Commissioner at TDEC, whose oversight and regulation of TVA coal ash dumps did not exactly prevent environmental and neighborhood disasters in 2008.
