"You believe what these people down here are telling you" unless they're telling you what TVA doesn't want to hear

TVA spokesperson calls Feb. 2008 inspection report of pond wall failures "misleading." He doesn't cotton to the descriptive term "blowout," and he insists that engineers (nudge, nudge, wink, wink) know the term is not that big of a deal. I guess it wouldn't be that big of a deal for those who are not at the business end of failing pond walls.
