Yo, yo.  Don't want to be no playa hayta, but going after the urban hip-hop culture ought to go over real well with the theo-con/social-con wing of the GOP.

And I'm sorry, but a 51-year-old dude talking about making a naked play for the culture of younger set just looks awkward.  Ask my eye-rolling teenager.

If Michael Steele were to outreach in the urban vernacular, isn't this how his old school generation would have him roll?
