The way I read the law, it imposes the 90% tax on bonuses for people who make over $250K in adjusted gross income. So, even if your bonus was 100K, if you make 300K salary, yo ass is gettin' taxed. I think that is just Congress' way of keeping this tax increase in line with Obama's campaign pledge. Although time will tell if he'll veto or sign this legislation.
