MDHA's Homelessness Commission Director has been put on 90-day probation by the commission for awarding a computer security contract without publicizing it to other companies. The Tennessean
reports that Commission Chair Erik Cole admitted that the governing body--which includes former Vice Mayor Howard Gentry, current Vice Mayor Diane Neighbors, and MDHA Director Phil Ryan--failed to carefully supervise staff.
