Deconstructing Woody

Larry Woody may not grasp that the same criticism he levels at neighborhoods (they knew what they were getting into by staying next to the fairgrounds) can be applied to the fairgrounds overseers (they knew what they were getting into staying on public property in a growing city).

Disclaimer: if I have any dog in this fight it's that something balanced that suits the fairgrounds patrons and surrounding neighborhoods would be the best option. I look at places like Fair Park in Dallas and I wonder why Larry Woody can't aspire to something somewhat higher and more mutual that still meets the "bread-and-circuses" baseline.
