Preliminary Draft of the Agreement with Metro for the Omni Hotel at Music City Center Now Available

I received a copy of the draft for the new Omni hotel agreement with Mayor Karl Dean, which was sent out from the Council Office today. I've uploaded it to Google docs and made it public in the spirit of crowdsourcing. I welcome any feedback interested citizens might have on it in the comments section below.
