I was unfortunate to be one of the attorneys who had a case set on Mr. Jameson's first docket. We waited and waited and then waited some more. He failed to show up. His excuse? He didn't know he had a docket. Instead, Jack Byrd, his competititor in the upcoming election, sat as a special judge for him. Enough said.
Yes, wait......wait til March. He was appointed as a temporary, and that's what he'll be.
