Time to Garnish Republican Paychecks

You won't even believe the mess outgoing Republican Congress members intend to leave the federal government in. Rather than closing out their own spending bills, they are leaving them for the next Congress. I agree with Josh: we need to take the cost of their personal irreponsibility out of their huge paychecks.
