Erica Gilmore Defers Germantown's Historic Overlay Bill Indefinitely

Ms. Gilmore pulled the bill off of the consent agenda and received the Council's approval to defer it indefinitely. She told them that she wants to have a community meeting before she brings it back. Does this signal trouble for or substantial opposition to Germantown's overlay concept?
