Challenges the Assumption that Independent Coffee Houses are Collectively the Good Manichean Counterpart to Starbucks' Evil Empire

I'm not a big iced coffee drinker, but doesn't an independent coffee owner go a bit overboard by threatening to punch a iced-coffee drinking customer "in the dick," especially given the damage that could be done?
