Is the fact that the LED Sign Task Force is meeting this evening in one of the Mayor's conference rooms (one source says "conference room"; the other source says "media room") a sign that Karl Dean is backing the proposed ordinance that would stipulate conditions under which LED billboards can be located in residential neighborhoods?
