Didn't TVA's Kingston Coal Ash Retention System Withstand Breakage Before Last Christmas, Too?
After the collapse of Tennessee Valley Authority's Kingston coal ash retention pond, are their assurances of "extensive reviews" of the safety of other plants (including Gallatin) that reside flood plain very assuring?
