Neighborhood Groups to Launch Plan at Metro Courthouse
The Nashville Neighborhood Alliance and the Neighborhoods Resource Center will present a plan for progress, based on the input of representatives from 130 neighborhood organizations, Tuesday, December 5 at 5:30 p.m. at the Metro Courthouse (2nd Floor Mezzanine). Leaders say they chose the Courthouse as the site of the "Launch Party" for the visibility of current and prospective elected leaders. Parking at the Courthouse garage will be free. I will be there; e-mail me if you want to go, too.

I don't know if I'll be able to get away to do this, but I wondered if you have any insight (or just guesses!) about what the likely topics of discussion will be?
ReplyDeleteThe discussion between neighborhood leaders occurred at the October and November meetings. The topics included planning & development, government accountability, codes enforcement, public safety, neighborhood conditions, housing, education, etc. The results of those meetings are going to be publicized at the Courthouse tomorrow.
