A Germantown Transformation
My friend and neighbor Kate O shares photos of the progress she and her significant other, Karsten, have made in the transformation of their historic house. It has been truly amazing to watch the place bloom since we moved in down the street three and a half years ago. I have no doubt that some day will be seeing a story on Kate and Karsten's abode in Cottage Living.

Cottage Living? That's funny. I searched their site for "urban cottage" and it returned no results. It would be a neat feature story for them. Maybe I should pitch it myself. ;)
