Gilmore to Hold "State of the Community Address"
District 19 Council Member Erica Gilmore kicks off a series of neighborhood meetings in Salemtown on Saturday, January 12 at noon. CM Gilmore has reserved the Morgan Park Community Center to hold the first of several community meetings called the "District 19 State of the Community Address." She tells her constituents in a mailed announcement this week that various Metro Department officials will be attending to help answer questions and address concerns. What a huge leap of progress this is from the days of former District 19 CM Ludye Wallace. Barring some unforeseen illness or emergency, I will be in attendance.
