Germantown to Look at Drinkhaus Owner's Plans for New Venture on 4th Avenue
Word on the street is that Historic Germantown is meeting on Wednesday to take a look at Kat Roo's plans to renovate an old electric company building at the corner of 4th Avenue, North and Madison Street. I've heard that she is proposing a restaurant for the building. However, I also heard that the roof will be designed for tennis courts, and the structure will include a parking garage. Bricks from the building will be used in the sidewalk surrounding the new business. Feel free to comment with any other information you have about the proposed establishment.
