Affordable Housing at the Viridian
Apparently, all of the affordable units in the Viridian are slated to be placed on the side that is almost totally blocked out by the L&C Building (which sits so close to the Viridian that they look like congenital twins), thus depriving middle-income residents from perhaps the primary benefit of living in a downtown high-rise: a good view. Also, check out the interesting comment that some "affordable income" residents are actually upper income residents who work out deals to receive lower incomes from their employers until the title is transferred, and then they have their pay jumped back to what it was.
