Before you swallow yesterday's Tennessean story on what reporter Kate Howard calls an "independent" study on Nashville's traffic congestion, make sure that you read Will Sanford's own report that the "libertarian" foundation conducting the study has a vested interest in hyping growing traffic jam problems: that interest includes building private toll roads in order to make money off of other people's traffic problems.
