McClatchy: Bush's Homeowner Aid Plan is Warmed-Over and Narrow

Not only does the Bush Administration's plan for dealing with the foreclosure crisis fail to deal with areas of inflated real estate prices, but it duplicates what is already proposed in Congress and it would help only a small fraction of homeowners who face foreclosure. Same old flawed song and dance from the worst President ever.
