Tonight's Another Tuesday Night Metro Council Night

The "Cat Herd" meets tonight: head 'em up and move 'em out.

Besides watching tonight's Super Tuesday returns, I'll keep one eye on the Metro Council meeting tonight as several not inconsequential bills try to pass under the cover of Election Day.
