Traffic Calming to be Next Subject of Salemtown Block Grant Meeting
With the landscape architects busy working on Salemtown streetscape designs, Salemtown's block grant advisory committee will meet Tuesday night with Public Works officials to talk about dealing with traffic problems. The committee has asked architects to incorporate traffic calming measures into the designs, but any changes must be approved by Public Works. The meeting starts at 6:30 at the Randee Rogers Training Center (1419 Rosa Parks Blvd.), and it is open to any Salemtown resident or property owner.
