The question is not whether to bet that a bed-fellow coalition of powerful interests and convention center opponents will attempt to turn the 2011 mayoral race into a referendum on Karl Dean's proposed Music City Center; we should be asking, "How much should I bet?" and "How do we handicap the undercard races for the mayor's convention center supporters on the Metro Council?"
