Development Update: The Most Amazing Combination of Exterior Colors

And it is in Salemtown at the Clayton on 6th. It pops.

  1. Wow,...those are beautiful! I'm quite envious,...I'm not even sure if our house is even a real color, let alone beautiful:). Glad some developers are taking the time and thought into the outward aesthetics of the homes.

  2. And I'm not just partial because the Clayton colors compliment Enclave's colors. ;-) The exterior is even more eye-popping in real life when you turn the corner at Coffee and 6th.

For the record, I think that your house has a very attractive exterior. Subtle, but attractive.

  3. One more thing: when News 2's Jennifer Moran did her story on Salemtown a couple of weeks ago, I tried unsuccessfully to convince her to talk to these developers, because this kind of build is remarkable and the kind that I would like to see keep happening here. Can you imagine Clayton-like developments dotting our neighborhood to balance out the phalanx of townhouses and zero-lots that threaten to super-saturate our neighborhood if not controlled?

  4. Developments like the Clayton to "fill in the gaps" of Salemtown would be incredible. It would most definately put a higher standard for the area and allow the neighborhood to become what many have dreamed it to be. I am really excited, the neighborhood is really picking up. Its really cool to see your community efforts make such a difference.
