Wow,...those are beautiful! I'm quite envious,...I'm not even sure if our house is even a real color, let alone beautiful:). Glad some developers are taking the time and thought into the outward aesthetics of the homes.
And I'm not just partial because the Clayton colors compliment Enclave's colors. ;-) The exterior is even more eye-popping in real life when you turn the corner at Coffee and 6th.For the record, I think that your house has a very attractive exterior. Subtle, but attractive.
One more thing: when News 2's Jennifer Moran did her story on Salemtown a couple of weeks ago, I tried unsuccessfully to convince her to talk to these developers, because this kind of build is remarkable and the kind that I would like to see keep happening here. Can you imagine Clayton-like developments dotting our neighborhood to balance out the phalanx of townhouses and zero-lots that threaten to super-saturate our neighborhood if not controlled?
Developments like the Clayton to "fill in the gaps" of Salemtown would be incredible. It would most definately put a higher standard for the area and allow the neighborhood to become what many have dreamed it to be. I am really excited, the neighborhood is really picking up. Its really cool to see your community efforts make such a difference.
