This Is Most Definitely Not Good for the Sounds on Opening Day
As a regular at Sounds games, I can testify that parking on game days--on special game days like Opening Day (today)--is hell. And Metro just fanned the flames and stuck a pitch fork in the arse of the Sounds' Front Office. I feel for the fans going out there, but as a Metro taxpayer unhappy with the failure to land a new ball park, I am enjoying the idea of tearing up Greer Parking Spaces on Opening Day just for spite. Metro may not get its wasted time and money back, but it looks like they'll take some of what they are owed out of GM Glenn Yeager's asphalt.
