Pawning Prison
We deserve the idiocy we get when we allow marketing principles to be applied to public institutions and specifically to corrections. Prison amenities mean mucho motsa for private firms pimping for public poppy. For Tennessee, they mean California's incarcerated looking for an extended resort stay. "The promised land of prisons" with a Marketing Moses in a "niche" industry; let's all go live there.
