Midnight Police Pursuit Through Salemtown Was Not Exactly Like This, But It Did Remind Me of It
Okay, there were no car pile ups, airborne vehicles, or shooting, but last night fleeing suspects lead more police cars than I've ever seen in one police pursuit into Salemtown about midnight. I counted 8-10 police cars on my block alone. Residents two and three blocks from me were reporting multiple cruisers. There was also a helicopter. Suspects--a man and a woman--were apprehended on 7th Avenue, North, in what police describe as "a pursuit situation" (Really?) and as "nothing to be concerned about."
