No Metro Council Discussion on Council-Sponsored Evangelical Prayer Observance
Council approves the National Day of Prayer observance, which was planned exclusively by a Christian fundamentalist Task Force. Evangelicals bar the door to other religious persuasions. Council progressives look weak again.
