I couldn't find any videos of Nashville's National Day of Prayer gathering or Mayor Dean's contributions to it, but I did find a video of rabid theological expressions during prayer in Cleveland, Tennessee. It's entertaining to me, but I have to admit that sitting through a 5-minute fundamentalist prayer is unpleasant unless you have the stomach for it:
How about that section around 3:00, where the evangelist calls for the "transformation" of the "American melting pot" of Hindus, Buddhists, and Muslims into a "Christian nation"? And who says the National Day of Prayer movement doesn't have a political agenda?
