[May Town Center] could work elsewhere in the county and make better sense. It doesn't take long, for example, to consider the uncertain future of the Tennessee State Fairgrounds as a site for such development. Nashville is still on the upswing of developing downtown. The only reason to build in Bells Bend is to benefit the owners of the property. And that's not good enough reason for me to support the paved-over notion.
