I couldn't believe my eyes. "Garfield Place." Eight three-story townhomes priced from the mid-$300's set to be built on what has to be one of the toughest, grittiest street corners in Salemtown.
Anthropologist Mary Douglas defined "dirt" as "matter out of place." This is matter out of place, but it doesn't look like dirt to me.
