The Briley for Mayor campaign posted a timely video of David Briley telling Antioch residents--whose schools are overflowing and whose wait times for police are long--that he will help Antioch neighborhoods become more sustainable communities by putting infrastruction before growth.
"Infrastructure before growth" should be the battle cry for all developing neighborhoods, and only effective public servants who are not in the pocket of selfish private developers are qualified to give wing to that idea.
