Sovereign Immunity = Shadow Government
27 families in the neighborhoods around TVA's Kingston Plant move to exact from TVA and the ratepayers what has been taken from them in the Dec. 22 ash spill.

I hope they get every penny. And I don't know about anyone else, but I have sent our President's people a letter a week, and will continue to do so, asking that all Bush appointees at TVA, and those they brought in, be replaced.
