Not About to Go Away
As long as State Senator Thelma Harper's office ignores my requests for information on the state's plans to increase security at Bicentennial Mall State Park, my little Irish streak of persistence only grows. And since St. Patty's day is almost upon us, the virtues of persistence are extolled by writing her another letter in order to inform her of the latest sex-related crime at Bicentennial Mall, which occurred this time in broad daylight (click on to enlarge):
