In the Metro Council Agenda and Agenda Analysis, the "Reserve Council Infrastructure Program" is now called the "Reserve Council Infrastructure Program, Nonprofit Grants and Council Initiatives Account." It looks like all of Metro's archived documents have been retro-fitted accordingly.
When did that start happening? When it started looking like 100% of the funds were going to non-profits and none to infrastructure? Why is infrastructure still listed first, as if it were primary? Will we being seeing the "Nonprofit Grants" usurp "Infrastructure's" primary position the more that Metro tax dollars are spent on private non-profits?
