Anything that pisses off TNGOP will have to be good enough

"Moderate Republican" in Tennessee is a relative term.  He or she is not going to be anywhere close to the centerlines of a Chuck Hagel or a Olympia Snowe, but when a GOP-controlled General Assembly decision makes TNGOP leaders apoplectic, it is about as good as progressives can expect in this state.
