I wish I had a dollar for every time an anonymous commenter called me an idiot from the security blanket of the internet.
ReplyDeletePrecisely because our language is already English and precisely because immigrants have an admirable track record of learning our language quickly, there is no reason to spend money to write it into law, to micromanage the way government workers choose to respond to all citizens, and to risk lawsuits for empty symbolism.
Most of all, there is no reason to feed Eric Crafton's political aspirations in the name of fear-mongering and prejudice.
