Salemtown Neighbors Joins Expanding List of Associations Opposing Holy Diodes Bill

Salemtown Neighbors voted unanimously last night to express its opposition to Charlie Tygard's LED bill, which would allow non-residential organizations (but particularly churches) in residential areas to install light emitting diode signs. The SNNA President had already promised council members that he would bring the matter before the association. Currently, CM Tygard's bill is indefinitely deferred and if it does come back up for consideration, it will require 27 votes for approval.
