Gilmore Offers Substitute to Original Germantown Overlay

District 19's Council Member, Erica Gilmore, pulled her own Germantown Historic Overlay bill at tonight's Metro Council Meeting off the consent agenda in order to offer a substitute, which she said removes property from the original proposal (BL2007-19). I do not have any details on the changes and I haven't heard anything from the Germantown grapevine that would indicate surprise or concern.
