District 19's Erica Gilmore was originally listed last night as "not voting," which also counts as "absent." In this morning's roll call tally she is moved from the "absent" category to the "abstain" category. I wrote Ms. Gilmore an e-mail yesterday opposing this bill. Once I hear back from her on her reasons for voting as she did, I'll pass the information along.
