Planning Defers Germantown Overlay Recommendation
The Planning Commission deferred a decision on Germantown's Historic Overlay proposal today based on a Planning Department's request. Reportedly, the department--which was recommending a smaller overlay footprint than the one in the proposal--received "new information" about the application, which they need more time to evaluate, according to Germantown leaders.
